- Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills

- Computer literacy in MS office
- Convenience for frequent travelling such as customer meeting or business trip
- Self –motivated, good team player and hard working

- Ensure effective implementation of all sale representative to maximize customer satisfaction
- Assist in strategy development and supervise all sale representative to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
- Planning the strategy to develop marketing to support the sales of company products (promotions, advertisements and selling messages)
- Report sales status to manager
- Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities
- Provide support for advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities
- Others as assigned
